Status: Proposal

The proposal is a commercial plus residential complex located on the densely built-up CMH Road, Bangalore.

While maximizing the Floor Area Ratio provisions for the client we focused on how to ensure the building edge can create a respite from the densely built surroundings.

The architecture was aimed at inviting activity at the pedestrian level into the foreground of the building.

The circulation core was placed as a central focus in the South elevation with the aim to invariably invite footfall into the building and thus into the retail stores at the ground floor level.
