The 2BHK apartment in addition to being 25 years old, was also poorly maintained by previous rounds of tenants. Located in a central location of Bangalore city it was important to update the electrical and plumbing of the whole home along with other upgrades so as to restore the real estate value of the apartment for the client.

In addition to all standard technical maintenance works, it was important to update the layout of the bathrooms, kitchen, and utility in order to minimize damages from any future rough usage. Layout revisions were made to correct builder errors and improve circulation within the spaces.

The choice of all the materials and color palette used in the refurbishment in addition to having a modern aesthetic, also maximize ease of maintenance.
