The West-facing plot of 1500sq.ft. was bought by a young couple to build a duplex home for themselves and a 1BHK studio apartment on the ground floor that they can rent out. 

Being avid gardeners it was a key requirement that the home should incorporate their hobby seamlessly. The plot was also selected for the added feature that the east facade opened out into a large tree-lined playground.

The boundless interior/exterior terraces, material palette, and structure were designed taking into consideration the above factors.
